Bella (Ruomeng) Dai currently serves as Senior Human Resources Manager for International HR at Aramark, a position held since November 2020. Previously, Bella held roles as Human Resources Manager and Digital Learning Lead within the same company. Academic experiences include a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
