Andrea Ferroni has been with ARAG SE Italia since November 2010, currently holding the position of Front-Office Manager. Prior to this, Andrea has held various roles at ARAG S.p.A. starting from March 2000, including Project Manager and Area Manager for the Claims Department. With a background in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management, Andrea has also served as an Organization Analyst and Assistant of the Head of Organization/HR Department. Andrea coordinates a team of 9 individuals managing legal protection claims and supports departmental processes and office organization.
