Gilad Gorengot is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical design, systems engineering, and team leadership. Currently employed at Arad Technologies Ltd. since December 2021, Gilad focuses on the mechanical design of systems and hardware from concept to mass production while managing a mechanical development team and overseeing subcontractors. Previously at Silicom Ltd. from October 2018 to December 2021, responsibilities included mechanical design for servers and electronic circuits. In earlier roles, Gilad worked as a Mechanical Engineer at SII-the standards institution of Israel and as a Research Lab Assistant at Tel Aviv University, contributing to experimental planning and mechanical design. Gilad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2018.
