Mohamed Atef, ACII - CMA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company since October 2020, Mohamed is responsible for leading the Finance function and overseeing the financial integration with Alahli Takaful Company. Previously, Mohamed held the same CFO position at Warba Insurance Company K.S.C from July 2018 to October 2020, where significant contributions were made as a strategic member of the 'Warba 2021' steering committee. Mohamed's career at Arabian Shield began in March 2005, encompassing roles such as CFO and Management Accounting Manager, providing strategic leadership and oversight of all finance functions. Educational qualifications include an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, a CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants, and a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University.
