Osama Tarifi began their career in 2011 as a Meteorologist at ArabiaWeather Inc., where they were responsible for analyzing and interpreting meteorological data, producing weather reports and maps, and issuing warnings for severe weather. In 2016, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer at MeteoWeather, where they were responsible for analyzing and interpreting meteorological data, conducting research and development, and providing the Weather Technology team with tactical and strategical locations for weather observation stations.
Osama Tarifi has a background in meteorology and aviation. From 2016 to 2017, they attended Met Office in Exeter, United Kingdom, where they completed an International Advanced Forecasting program. Osama also attended Met Office in Exeter, United Kingdom from 2015 to 2016, where they completed an Aeronautical Meteorological - Aviation program. In October 2015, they obtained an Aviation certification from Met Office.
