Mohamed Hussein is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Head of SMEs Banking at Arab African International Bank since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of Head of SMEs' Hubs and Senior Deputy General Manager at Banque Misr from November 2017 to April 2021. Mohamed's extensive career in banking includes serving as Business Banking Regional Manager (AVP) and Senior Corporate Relationship Manager (AVP) at Barclays Egypt from April 2014 to October 2017 and from March 2005 to March 2014, respectively. Mohamed's educational background comprises a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking & Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and various finance and credit qualifications from IFS School of Finance and The American University in Cairo. Mohamed's expertise includes leading teams, managing credit requirements, and developing customer relationships in the corporate and business banking sectors.
