Victoria Fradette, MHR, currently serves as the Humanity Development Leader for Portfolio Services at Ara Partners, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Kent where Victoria advanced from Regional Human Resources Manager to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, notably supporting HR strategy during a significant acquisition and implementing harmonized HR systems. At SGS, Victoria managed HR functions in the Oil, Gas & Chemicals division, and previously provided strategic HR support for the Oklahoma Industrial business and Fort McMurray Oil Sands. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at Flint Transfield Services Ltd. and HR Coordinator at Mars Petcare. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina, along with a leadership coaching certification from Rice University.
