Muhammad Usman is an Associate at Ara, where he is focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities as well as transaction execution and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining Ara, Muhammad was an Analyst in the Consumer Retail Investment Banking group at Solomon Partners, where he advised public and private corporations on M&A transactions, restructurings, and overall strategic analyses.

Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
