Currently, Ruschmeyer serves as a Certified Waterproofing Professional and Structural Repair Specialist at AquaGuard Basement Systems since August 2012, contributing to the company's reputation for effective solutions in basement and foundation issues. Prior to that, Ruschmeyer held key roles at Devcon Security, ADT Security Services, Southern RoofTops, and Playground Environments, excelling in sales management and project coordination. Ruschmeyer founded and led Copacali Homes, successfully developing it into an award-winning custom home building firm. Ruschmeyer holds a BSLA in Landscape Architecture from Syracuse University.
