Jochen Bultinck is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Infrabel, a role they have held since 2020. They previously served as CEO of TUC RAIL from 2017 to 2020 and held various managerial positions at Infrabel between 1997 and 2012, including Director Build. Jochen is also an Independent Director at Aquafin NV since 2019 and holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universiteit Gent, completed in 1996.
