Paul Preston is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in education, recreation, and hospitality. As Co-Founder and President of Aqua-Tots Swim Schools since 2005, Paul has contributed to establishing the largest international provider of indoor swim instruction and drowning prevention education for children. In addition, Paul co-founded KTR in 2015, an indoor action sports playground, and has played a significant role as Franchisor and Partner at Uncle Bear’s Grill & Tap since 2019. Paul also co-owns The Scuba Shop, the premier scuba diving facility in Arizona, and co-founded Legacy Adventures, a non-profit organization focused on fostering father-child connections through outdoor activities. Paul holds a degree in History Education from Arizona State University.
