Paul Elsner currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer at aqua ALM since October 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Manager of the Munich branch at HDI Group from July 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included planning, controlling, and organizing branch operations, as well as coaching sales personnel. Prior to that, Paul accumulated extensive experience at Generali, serving in various roles including Vice President, District Sales Manager, and District Manager from July 2002 to June 2016. Educational background includes a degree in Versicherungskaufmann (IHK) from Städtische Berufsschule für das Versicherungswesen, complemented by studies at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
