Taylor Lewis has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career in 2012 as a Senior Accountant at R.J. Testo & Associates, where they administered monthly accounting processes for business clients and served as a Controller for three clients. In this role, they also supervised a team and handled tax returns and human resources activities. After working at R.J. Testo & Associates until October 2017, Taylor joined Bridgewater Associates as an Employee Finances Associate. There, they processed payroll transactions, conducted audits, and managed a company-wide survey. In 2019, Taylor moved to Genpact as an Assistant Manager of Payroll, overseeing payroll processing and providing customer service. More recently, they joined AQR Capital Management in 2021 as an Associate in Human Resources and later became a Vice President in the same department.

Taylor Lewis attended Southern Connecticut State University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
