Prathamesh Naik has work experience at AQR Capital Management. In 2019, they worked as a Summer Intern for two months. In 2020, they joined the company as a Software Engineer (Level: Analyst), where they predominantly used Java and also worked with Python and Angular. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Software Engineer (Level: Associate).

Prathamesh Naik attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore from 2016 to 2020. Prathamesh completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science during this time. Additionally, Prathamesh pursued a minor in Astronomy at the same institution during the same period.
