Kathiravan Jayakumar currently serves as the Contracts and Commercial Manager at AQLEH Engineering Consultant since August 2022. Previously, Kathiravan held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor at China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. for the Etihad Rail project, focusing on Cost Planning and Post Contract Management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Commercial Specialist and Procurement Officer at Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects, and Senior Quantity Surveyor at D.G. Jones & Partners, overseeing project management and cost planning tasks. Kathiravan began the career as a Quantity Surveyor for the Dubai Metro Project and worked with Alfuttaim Carillion managing project variations. Additionally, Kathiravan held positions as a Senior Cost Engineer and Planning Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited on significant power projects. Kathiravan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras in 2002.
