Ross Williams has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Ross is currently working as the Director of CX Engineering at aqfer since October 2021. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2021, they worked at Solodev, where they held various roles including Director of Engineering/Cloud Architect, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for managing international teams, developing proprietary enterprise software, and leading cloud-based projects. From 2015 to 2021, Ross served as the Chief Architect at OCOA, where they designed software and cloud architecture for an enterprise CMS/CRM/eCommerce app. Additionally, they started their career as an Intern at The Ocean Agency in 2008.

Ross Williams completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Stetson University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Deland High School from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Ross has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty and AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023. Ross also holds certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (2019), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (2017), and Salesforce Developer (2014).
