Alexandra Holmes is an experienced leader in Learning and Development with a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and L&D strategy formulation. Currently serving as Head of Learning and Development at AQA since September 2022, Alexandra previously held the role of Head of People Development at BLM LLP from March 2015 to September 2022, where responsibilities included establishing a learning culture and managing stakeholder relationships. Earlier positions include leadership roles at The Crown Estate and DWF LLP, focusing on talent identification, succession planning, and the delivery of L&D initiatives. Alexandra's professional journey began with roles in training and performance coaching, underpinned by a CIPD qualification obtained between 2001 and 2003.
