Angel Oberto-Besso currently serves as Gerente de Gestión de Talento at Apuesta Total since January 2025, while also holding a position as a part-time docente at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas since March 2016, specializing in Human Resources courses and thesis advising. Previously, Angel held several managerial roles, including Gerente Corporativo de Selección, Capacitación y Desarrollo at Grupo Efe, and Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Pro Mujer, an organization focused on women's empowerment in Latin America. Angel's extensive experience in human resources also includes positions at Volcan Cia Minera SAA, MAESTRO HOME CENTER S.A., and Repsol, where responsibilities ranged from training program management to commercial advising. Angel's educational achievements include a Doctorate in Education and an MBA, alongside recent completion of a diploma in Big Data & Data Science from MIT xPRO.
