Bill Lilly Jr. is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Team Lead Manager at Aptive Environmental since April 2017, Bill oversees hiring, training, and managing a sales team focused on pest control in 42 U.S. markets. Prior to this role, Bill worked at Pepsi Bottling Ventures as a Food Service Representative and held the position of Customer Service Manager at Canteen Vending. As the Owner of 4 Sons Vending from 2003 to 2010 and Route Manager at Consolidated Vending Services from 1994 to 2003, Bill demonstrated strong entrepreneurial and operational skills. Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Illinois University, earned from 1978 to 1982.
