Ronda Bazley Moore serves as the Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer at Aptiv, bringing extensive experience in talent development and diversity. Previously, Ronda held several key positions at LexisNexis, including Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer and Head of Global Talent Development, as well as Vice President of Global Talent Development and Senior Director of Talent Development Partner. Ronda's earlier career includes a role as Talent Development Leader at Deloitte, Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development at Bank of America, and Senior Learning Consultant at IBM. Ronda Bazley Moore holds a Master's degree in Adult Education & Organizational Leadership from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
