Michael Molinari is an experienced Project Manager and Lead Engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the automotive industry. Currently at Aptiv since 2016, Michael leads engineering efforts for electric vehicle charge-cord products, focusing on the design and development of new cord sets for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers. Prior to Aptiv, Michael worked at Delphi from 1999 to 2016, managing multiple projects related to automotive USB hubs, remote ports, and connection systems, providing essential leadership and overseeing project phases from development to production launch. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering along with an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Kent State University.
