Sanjana Rana currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for India at Aptia Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sanjana was the Head of Talent Acquisition at CMS Info Systems from August 2021 to December 2023. Sanjana's extensive experience in talent acquisition includes serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition for Leadership & Corporate Hiring at Magma Fincorp Ltd. from November 2012 to June 2018 and as Associate Director at ManpowerGroup Services India Private Limited from September 2004 to November 2012. Sanjana holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed early education at Loreto Day School in Kolkata.
