Louise Callin currently serves as the Global Head of Product Engineering at Aptia Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Louise held various leadership positions at American Express from March 2012 to October 2023, including Vice President of Technology Delivery Enablement, Director of Engineering, Technical Delivery Director for TLS International, and Program Manager for Technologies. Earlier experience includes program management roles at Lloyds Banking Group from May 2009 to January 2012, where Louise led the Verde Programme and integrated the Commercial Internet Banking systems. Louise began their career as an IT Project Manager at LloydsTSB Bank Plc from July 1997 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Brighton (1994-1996) and attendance at Perse School for Girls in Cambridge (1981-1992).
