Gainey Best has extensive experience in leadership and consulting, currently serving as a Brand Ambassador at Aptera Motors since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gainey Best worked as an Independent Consultant from March 2003 to September 2019, after a significant tenure at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, where Gainey Best held the position of Deputy Program Director for Atlas V from October 1994 to October 2002. Gainey Best also served as Deputy Director at the Secretary of the Air Force Special Projects from August 1991 to October 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
