Marco was the co-founder and CEO of Neurotec Pharma, where they developed treatments for CNS diseases mainly related to inflammation and neurodegeneration. He was a Business Development Manager at the Research Institute of Vall dā€™Hebron (VHIR, Spain) and Director of the Spanish node of EIT Health. Marco holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Barcelona and a bachelorā€™s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Perugia in Italy.
