Iryna Bilaniuk is an experienced IT recruiter with a career spanning several roles in recruitment and human resources. Currently employed at Apriorit as an IT Recruiter since March 2023, Iryna previously served as a Recruitment Consultant at New Amsterdam Technology & Business Ventures from June 2022 to March 2023, and as a Talent Sourcer at SELECT* from March 2021 to June 2022. Iryna's early experience includes working as an HR recruiter at Lviv HR Solutions from October 2019 to February 2020, where participation in the HR&Recruitment course for IT Generation took place. Iryna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
