Derek Scott RRT is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Market Vice President at Apria Healthcare since August 2016. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Regional Sales Manager at CareSouth Health System, Inc. from June to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing a team of six sales representatives. From December 2005 to May 2015, Derek worked at Apria Healthcare as a Market Leader, overseeing operations and sales efforts, as well as serving as Area Operations Manager and Area Sales Manager, managing 13 direct reports across Virginia. Derek began a career in healthcare sales as a sales representative at Lincare Holdings, Inc. from January 2000 to December 2005. Educationally, Derek holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science, Respiratory Therapy from Northern Virginia Community College, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
