Srinath Reddy N has had a diverse range of work experiences. Srinath Reddy is currently working as a Lead Data Engineer at apree health since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Castlight Health, where they served as a Lead Engineer and a Senior Data Engineer starting from April 2016. Before Castlight Health, Srinath worked at VMware as a Sr. ETL/BI Lead Engineer from April 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for data migration projects and acted as a bridge between functional and technical teams. Prior to VMware, they worked as an IT Engineer/Developer at Cisco Systems from November 2011 to April 2013, where they played a key role in data transformation mapping and ETL data mappings for marketing applications. Previous to this, they worked as an Oracle Application Developer at UFCW from February 2010 to November 2011, where they developed stored procedures and packages to extract and exchange data with external vendors. Srinath's earliest work experience was at Cisco, where they worked as an IT Analyst/Developer from March 2008 to January 2010, focusing on analyzing the impact of adding new operating units and importing order management data.

Srinath Reddy N obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2002 to 2006. Srinath Reddy also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2014.
