Geert-Jan (GJ) Kistemaker is an experienced professional in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as the Global Head of Franchise & Partner Markets at Bolt since April 2021. GJ holds the position of VP Corporate Development & M&A at AppyWay, where the focus is on enhancing mobility through regulatory data and kerbside compliance solutions. Previous roles include Vice President at Delphi Technologies, where GJ led corporate development and M&A efforts for vehicle propulsion systems, and Director of Corporate Finance & Capital Markets at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., providing M&A advisory. GJ's early career includes positions at Barclays Investment Bank and co-founding SJOOF, along with board membership at De Nieuwe Poort. GJ achieved a degree from Rotterdam School of Management and holds a Bi-lingual International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
