Amit Karp is the current Director at Appwrite. Prior to this, they were the CTO & Co-Founder at careerpage from January 2018 to May 2019. There, they led the development of various web based products in both front & back end's with very high scalability requirements in mind. Amit also integrated 3rd party API's such as Facebook, Google and Twitter. Amit has also been responsible for the design and development of company RESTful API's.

Amit has over 10 years of experience in web development and has previously worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Walla! NEWS from June 2010 to December 2016 and at SL Productions from April 2006 to October 2009. Amit has also freelanced as a Full Stack Engineer from October 2009 to May 2010.

Amit is skilled in PHP, LINUX, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
