Steve repositioned the company for growth by focusing on the core benefits platform to drive higher ARR and provide a foundation for adjacent product offerings. Steve also increased employee engagement by increasing transparent communication, investing in training and development, and simplifying internal processes. Under their leadership, the company delivered record levels of EBITDA and free cash flow.
