Hetu Nandu has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they were a Sales Executive at Bizcraft. In 2013, they were a Content Writing and Business Development Intern at Celebrate India. In 2014, they were the Head of Branding at MousseStruck, Co-Founder at Design Room, and Business Development Executive at 11TechSquare. In 2015, they were Co-Founder, Technology and Product Head at Noted. In 2017, they were a Software Engineer at Codebrahma. In 2018, they were a Frontend Engineer at SteelEye. Finally, in 2019, they were a Software Engineer at Appsmith, where their responsibilities included building and maintaining the JavaScript Evaluation Engine for the reactive framework.

Hetu Nandu completed their 10th from LilavatiBai Podar Senior Secondary School in 2010, their HSC from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in 2012, and their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies(NMIMS) in 2015.
