Varshini Sankaran is an experienced User Experience Designer currently working at Appsketiers since March 2024. Previously, Varshini held the position of User Experience Designer II at Honeywell, where leadership in designing a B2B OEE feature led to a significant increase in operations team efficiency. Varshini’s background includes roles as a UX Designer at Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics and as an Allies for Equity Lead Intern at the IU Center of Excellence for Women & Technology, promoting inclusivity and gender equity in the workplace. With early experience as a Product Designer at Brandstory.in and a Software Developer at 4i Apps Solutions, Varshini has a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, cloud applications, and cross-functional collaboration. Varshini holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction/Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology.
