Gus Eggert is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative technology solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Founding Software Engineer at Approximate Labs since May 2023, Gus focuses on enhancing the accessibility of tabular data. Prior experience includes a role as a Sr. Software Engineer at Protocol Labs, where Gus contributed to building the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), a critical data transfer protocol utilized by numerous companies. As a Technical Advisor at LegUp, Gus created a minimum viable product for a childcare enrollment platform, rapidly acquiring 1000 customers within three months. Previous roles at Amazon Web Services and Amazon included significant contributions to the SageMaker machine learning platform and the A/B testing and experimentation platform, respectively. Gus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
