Sevara Rashidova has held various roles throughout their work experience. Sevara started their career as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive at the World Health Organization in 2000. Sevara then worked as a Private Secretary at Huawei Technologies from 2002 to 2003. Sevara progressed to the position of Deputy Head of HR&Administration/Head of Administration Department at Huawei Tech Investment (Uzbekistan) from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they served as a Personal Assistant to the Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of The Republic of Uzbekistan in Poland from 2007 to 2011. Sevara then worked as a Manager at Iteca Exhibitions from 2011 to 2013. In 2019, they joined LATOKEN as a Senior Manager Customer Support until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of Customer Success Manager at ApprovalMax. Currently, they are the Financial Coordinator/Deputy Chairman at Sh. Rashidov International Charity Fund.

Sevara Rashidova attended the Institute of Oriental Studies in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 1996 to 2000. Sevara earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations during this period.
