Milton Santiago is a recognized digital banking strategist with extensive experience in creating transformational digital banking experiences. Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Services at Silicon Valley Bank since September 2018, Milton drives digital transformation initiatives for the Innovation Economy, developing end-to-end Omni Channel and API solutions for startups and mature organizations. As the founder of FinTech Advisors, LLC since December 2015, Milton provides consulting services to banks looking to enhance their digital client experiences. Previously, Milton held the position of Managing Director, Global eCommerce Executive at Bank of America from October 2007 to June 2015, where responsibilities included shaping strategies for corporate portal and eCommerce channels, as well as overseeing the product life cycle of the bank's treasury management portal. Milton also served as Senior Vice President of Electronic Banking Products at ABN AMRO (LaSalle Bank) from 1987 to 2007. Milton holds an education from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
