Michelle Kibel has extensive experience in management and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Field Manager at Appreciation Financial since January 2018, Michelle focuses on assisting public employees, particularly educators, in navigating their pensions and income gaps. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Emergency Box Manager at Payless Drug LTC Pharmacy from November 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and coordinating technology upgrades for customers. Additionally, Michelle worked as an Implementation Specialist at Cubex LLC from September 2013 to November 2014 and as a Project Manager at the University of Phoenix from October 2007 to July 2012.
