Olga Petriakova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Appodeal since August 2022, Olga manages C-level, business, and technical recruitment, overseeing a team of 4 recruiters and 4 sourcers, and leading full-cycle recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Olga worked as a Human Resources Generalist and IT Recruiter, where responsibilities included employee engagement, onboarding, and corporate event organization. Previous positions also encompass a Sales Manager role at UE "SENSOR-PLUS" and early career experience as a Recruiter/Trainee and Office Manager. Olga holds a degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Minsk State Linguistic University.
