Yousef Ismail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in incident and network management, currently serving as Manager of Incident Management at ApplyBoard since November 2020. Prior to this role, Yousef spent over a decade at BlackBerry, holding various positions including Incident Manager and Network Operations Center Shift Lead, where responsibilities included monitoring infrastructure, incident resolution, and maintenance of network operations.
