Javier Ochoa Rodriguez has a range of experience in financial and business control roles. Javier started their career in 2004 at Sara Lee, where they worked as a Business Controller for the Bakery-BIMBO division until 2008. From 2010 to 2011, they served as an International Controller at Lacer. In 2011, they joined Applus+ as a Corporate Business Controller and later took on the role of Director of Financial Shared Services at Applus Group in 2014.

Javier Ochoa Rodriguez has a Licenciado degree in Dirección y Administración de Empresas from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Before that, they completed a Diplomado degree in Empresariales from the same university from 1995 to 1998. In 2016-2017, they attended Esade and completed an Advanced Management Program. Additionally, in 2017, they attended The Wharton School for the Global Growth Strategy Program.
