Khoi also served as a Sr. Technical Account Manager at ABBYY, where they managed global accounts, worked on business proposals with sales, and delivered product demonstrations. Khoi Le has experience in customer support management as well, having worked as a Customer Support Manager at Cloud Cruiser, Inc and the Manager of Technical Support/Sales Engineer at ABBYY USA. In addition, they worked at Objectivity as the Manager of Quality Assurance and later as the Lead Technical Support Engineer, overseeing QA processes, improving product quality, and managing the technical support engineering team.
