Laura-Arianna Brüning has had extensive work experience in various roles in different companies. Laura-Arianna started their career at Telio Communications GmbH in 2010 as an Auszubildende Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation, where they gained valuable skills and experience. Laura-Arianna then progressed to roles such as Sachbearbeiterin Verwaltung/Bestellwesen and Sales Administration. In 2018, they worked abroad at adroad before joining adjoe GmbH in 2019 as a Team Assistenz. At adjoe GmbH, they worked until May 2020. In the same year, they joined AppLike Group, where they initially worked as an Assistant to the Co-CEOs. Currently, they hold the role of Office Lead & Projects at AppLike Group, starting in September 2021.

Laura-Arianna Brüning began their education in 2010 at the Berufliche Schule für Büro- und Personalmanagement Bergedorf, where they pursued a degree in Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation. Laura-Arianna completed their studies in 2013.

Laura-Arianna then continued their education at the HKBiS Handelskammer Hamburg Bildungs-Service gGmbH from 2016 to 2018, earning a degree as a geprüfte Wirtschaftsfachwirtin or Business Economist.

In 2021, Laura-Arianna Brüning enrolled at the Systemisches Trainingsinstitut Westwind, where they completed their studies in 2022 to become a certified Systemic Coach according to the standards of the DGfC (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Coaching).
