Jackson Owens currently serves as a Sector Analyst for the Office sector at NYU SPS Schack REIT Investment Fund, starting in January 2024. Simultaneously, Jackson holds the position of Manager at Applied Value Group, a global management consultancy and investment group focused on hands-on value creation. Jackson is also the Founder of Owens Holdings, LLC., which is involved in investment and management in private real estate transactions. Prior experiences include working as a Management Consultant at Efficio, a Consultant at Gibson Consulting G-4, and a Trade Ops Summer Analyst at Guggenheim Partners. Jackson completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Technology Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
