Jim MacMillan currently serves as the Manager of NDT Training, Nadcap, Field Radiography, and NDT Level III Services at Applied Technical Services, Inc., a position held since July 2007. In this role, Jim provides consulting and Level III services across all major NDT methods. Prior to this, Jim worked at Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne as the NDT Level III, overseeing various non-destructive testing operations at the West Palm Beach facility. Jim also held the role of NDT Level III and Quality Program Manager at Delta Air Lines, where oversight was provided for the overhaul functions of Delta aircraft. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Clayton State University, an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance and Technology from Atlanta Metropolitan College, and studies at Auburn University.
