Luke M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and military operations. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Fiserv since August 2022, Luke M. also holds the position of Civil Affairs Team Sergeant with the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command since May 2018, including operational experience in Niger and Togo from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, Luke M. worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Feature Product Manager and Project Manager in Demand Management from September 2015 to July 2022. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Combat Engineer in the Army National Guard from November 2007 to April 2018, with operational deployment in Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012. Luke M. holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Development & Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
