James Carey has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Support Group Coordinator at Applied Photophysics Ltd since September 2011. In this role, James provides critical support for customers using Applied Photophysics instrumentation, manages after-sales order administration, and coordinates various support activities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Prior to this, James was a Store Manager at Oddbins from February 2004 to September 2011, overseeing multiple locations in London. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh and completed A-Levels in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics at Richmond upon Thames College.
