Mark Woods, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mark accumulated extensive experience at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from August 2005 to January 2023, where responsibilities included Statewide Pavement Engineer, State Bituminous Engineer, and HQ Bituminous Lab Supervisor. Earlier in 2005, Mark worked as an Inspection Engineer at Grubbs, Hoskyn, Barton, and Wyatt. Mark holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from Mississippi State University between 2003 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2003.
