Marina Vasic is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at Applied Medical since May 2022, with a strong background in human resources roles across various companies. Prior to Applied Medical, Marina served as a People & Culture Business Partner at IKEA Group, where responsibilities included establishing the HR agenda for a team supporting IKEA stores in Southeast Europe. Marina also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at IKEA South East Europe, focusing on the implementation of development plans for the opening of a new store in Serbia. Earlier career experience includes roles at Air Serbia, where responsibilities involved workforce and training plan development, and at Holcim Serbia, where Marina managed onboarding plans and job profile creation. Marina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Belgrade.
