Koichi Warigai is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Team Member Relations Director at Applied Medical since April 2022. Prior to this role, Koichi held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Newell Brands for a brief period in early 2022 and served as HR & General Affairs Manager at Coleman from March 2017 to December 2021. Koichi's career includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, encompassing Transformation Project Lead and various director positions in talent acquisition and HR integration between September 2013 and February 2017. Earlier experience at Synthes involved serving as Senior Director of Human Resource & General Affairs from February 2007 to August 2013.
