Anne Lena Mietens is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Personnel at Applied Medical since December 2012, where responsibilities include leading the Personnel Relations and Benefits team and developing personnel processes. Previous positions at Applied Medical included Senior Personnel Relations Manager and European Personnel Officer, focusing on personnel procedures, organizational communications, recruitment, and performance management.
